And Discover the Many Benefits of Dance
It has been known for a long time the many physical, cognitive and emotional benefits of exercising, and even more so dance, an activity that combines physical exercise with music and social interaction. The benefits from a regular practice of dance, whether being in solo or a partnered form of dance, are tremendous on an individual's overall health.
Why didn't the doctor prescribe dancing as the remedy for our illnesses? This would be a major paradigm shift in the field of medication but Dr. Albena and Dr. Yare have definitely convinced me of the healing power of dance. Thank you! I am ready to face life again.

Happier You
Engage yourself in a fun, physical activity with other people, and let loose with the music. What better than tropical music to help you through the Canadian weather? Like many people have said, it doesn't even feel like you are exercising!
Sociable You
Increase your social network by meeting new people at classes, or at the clubs, with your increased self confidence. Asking someone to dance is an excellent way of breaking the ice. You do not need a partner to attend any of our courses, and we make sure you dance with many people in a class by rotating students often.
